Authentic sense of Sukhothai treat
Suksamer Coffee and Bakery House located in Amphoe Sawankhalok, Sukhothai and about 10 mins drive from Sukhothai airport next to Suksamer Relaxation Home Stay.
At our place, we serve bakery, sweets and drinks especially Sukhothai Coffee Huaytom. Our recommended menu would be ‘Sinin Sangklalok’ and Mongkol-Ubol’ which is organic black rice cake as well as ‘Arunmas collection’ which is Sukhothai Sugar palm cake. Other than that, we also have Local Thai food and verity of International food too.
The reason why we have picked Sukhothai Ceramic Pattern or Sangklalok as our model of our cake is that we wanted to have something that people come to us for, not just normal bakery which they can find anywhere else. So, we have come with the idea of the style first, then we realise that Sukhothai is the land of farmer. We found a local community where they have plenty of organic black rice for us. It took us 2-3 months to succeeded with the cake recipe.
